Overall, it depends on how you read, but if you want to improve you must learn advanced speed readers ways over time to learn how you to can read at rapid speed. Some people simply cannot use thought rather than words to speed read. Sometimes readers find it difficult to use visualization as well while reading information. For now, you can just say you want to read fast and do it. Over time, the more you practice the faster at reading you will become.
