Stress Reliever
What are stress relievers and how can they be a good source of relief or a bad source. Stress relievers include alcohol, drugs, medications, or else stress management. When we use substances to relieve stress we are avoiding our problems in most cases and adding more problems to our life. It is ok to have a few drinks from time to time to relax your nerves, but if you are drinking each time stress knocks on your door then you are opening your self up to a disastrous lifestyle. First, if you have an alcohol or drug addiction you are making room for stress increase. Alcohol and drugs cost money and if you are working a job that only provides you a source of common survival then you are in big trouble when you find out later your home, car, family, dog, and life is sitting behind you. Drugs are more expensive than alcohol and will often cause more harm to the mind. If you have not been arrested for DUI, lost your home, car, family and dignity then keep drinking and drugging because it is right around the corner. This form of BAD stress relievers is common in society. Many people at their wits ends will rely on substances to control their stress. Prescribed medications can also cause us harm instead of helping us to cope with stress. Prescriptions such as Effexor XR has known side affects that have caused dangerous interruptions to the mind. It seems like a no win situation, but there are good stress relievers available that can help us cope with stress and succeed in life. If at all possible, you want to avoid any substances, including over the counter and prescribed substances that have Methamphetamine. This chemical is notorious for affecting the nerves and increasing stress level. Some people will use this chemical as a solution to stay awake and focus when in reality they are only harming their health and mind. If you see where I am going then you are aware that stress management relief includes avoiding harmful substances and meals that will increase your chances of suffering stress and reduce your abilities to cope with stress. It is important to include exercise in your stress management plans since exercise has proven to reduce stress and minimize health problems. Negative stress can lead to heart attacks, strokes, high-low blood, heart disease and so forth. You will also need a healthy diet plan in your stress management scheme since this will help prevent health risks also and help you to stay healthy and focused. When a person is healthy and focused then stress often takes a ride when the person kicks the problems in the bud. Another helpful stress management reliever is learning how to relax by taking deep breaths when stress is increased. Stretching exercises are superb when stress is taking charge of your life. Lay flat on your backstretch those arms over your head and stretch those legs at length until you feel the tension release from your body. You might include yoga practices in your stress management scheme, since most yoga techniques include mediation, which is a common stress management practice. The more a person burns negative energy the more chances the person has to survive stress. Energy is a power and it comes in both negative and positive charge. If you are producing negative energy buildup then your chances of enduring stress are less than if you are taking control with positive energy. Other stress management techniques include learning your stressors, educating your mind, and learning how to avoid undue problems. For example, if you are aware that your next-door neighbor tests your nerves and increases your stress level then you want to avoid this person or else learn some strategies to master him at his own game. When you are educated, it is likely that people will get to you most times. Education I found to be one of the most useful tools for taking charge of your life and dealing with stress. Each of the recently named stress relievers are a wonderful part of life. Do not let stress take control of your life, since stress can lead you into a chaotic world.
